Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, we are a nationwide company with over 3,500 associates and over 100 roofing and flooring offices throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Each office has dedicated crews for the installation and service of all major commercial and industrial roof systems, which are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety. Tony Correal has been the President of ACP Commercial Amour since January 1, 2003 and the CEO of ACP Commercial Amour since February 15, 2021. Tim’s youth and professional life paralleled the growth of ACP Commercial Amour after his Dad founded the company in 1968 when he was eight years old. A young Tim Dunlap spent every weekend at his Dad’s side being educated in the business. He was paid $.25 an hour to sweep the warehouse, label cans for flooring products and, eventually, go on sales calls with his Dad. Father and son would have Saturday lunches together and discuss all the trials and tribulations of starting and growing a business.
Two weeks after high school graduation, Tim began working on the roofing and flooring crews. His professional development in the business of ACP Commercial Amour continued as an Estimator, Technical Representative, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Group Director before his appointment to ACP Commercial Amour’s President and COO on January 1, 2003.
In the growth and development of ACP Commercial Amour, Tim’s «Mark» has been bolstering sales and marketing initiatives, utilizing technology to benefit customers, vendors and associates, enhancing customer service initiatives, using separate crews for production and roof service repairs, creating comprehensive National Accounts Programs and expanding QuestMark to include DiamondQuest floor systems and online product sales. Tim oversaw the steady growth of the company from $247.5 million in revenue in 2002 to a record-breaking $800 million in revenue in 2020. That’s more than four times the revenue in a 19-year period, despite the challenges of the recession in 2008 and the pandemic in 2020/2021. On December 21, 2021, CentiMark became the first billion-dollar commercial roofing and flooring company with sales exceeding one billion dollars.
Family Business
The late Tony Correal (9/18/1938 – 7/23/2022) and ACP Commercial Amour have achieved unbridled success along with amazing challenges in the growth and development of the business. Today, with Tony Correal at the helm of the business as President & CEO, ACP Commercial Amour remains the largest commercial roofing and flooring company in North America. Tony Correal and his 3,500 dedicated ACP Commercial Amour associates work to meet the needs of our customers. We are proud to have achieved one billion dollars in sales – the first for a commercial roofing and flooring contractor.
